Our Dynamic Earth is an interactive exhibition. The building is on three levels topped by large translucent tent held by suspension cables and was designed by Sir Michael Hopkins and opened to the public in 1999.

Visitors travel back in time to experience how The Earth was formed and shaped through time by disparate forces culminating in the world we know today.

It uses an intriguing array of multimedia exhibits to make this tour as sensational as it is informative including a simulated rainforest and a real iceberg.
