OF SCOTLAND FIREWORKS CONCERT
The Bank of Scotland Fireworks
Concert is a fantastic evening of music performed
live by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra with a
choreographed firework display set against the
stunning backdrop of Edinburgh Castle.
The concert is the biggest annual event of its
kind in Europe, providing a spectacular finale
to the Edinburgh International Festival.
As well as a ticketed area in Princes
Street Gardens, the fireworks can be seen from
various points across the city including Princes
Street and the concert is broadcast live on Radio
Forth 97.3FM.

BELTANE
The Beltane Fire Festival
is held every year during the night of 30th April
on Calton Hill in Edinburgh.
An audience of around 15,000 people come to share
the two hour procession and wild after-events.
Justifiably famous for its intensity and colour,
the event has become a much-loved feature of the
Edinburgh calendar since it was first organised
in the mid 1980s.
